Edição em livro (bilingue, português-alemão) do monólogo Urro, peça de teatro estreada no teatro Volksbühne em 2015, uma das mais icónicas estruturas teatrais alemãs, e com dezenas de apresentações em Portugal, desde 2017, com encenação de Rui Spranger e interpretação de Jorge Castro Guedes.

Júlio do Carmo Gomes fundou a Livraria Gato Vadio, no Porto, em 2007, e em 2016 a livraria Amarcord, em Berlim, onde também editou a revista Utopie – Magazin für Sinn und Verstand. É tradutor e editor, designadamente da 7 Nós. Tem feito parte de iniciativas de jornalismo cidadão em Portugal, na Amazónia brasileira e em Moçambique. Colaborador regular do jornal Mapa, escreve também na revista Flauta de Luz.

Júlio do Carmo Gomes founded Livraria Gato Vadio, a bookstore in Porto, in 2007, and in 2016, he founded Amarcord, a bookstore in Berlin, where he also edited the magazine Utopie – Magazin für Sinn und Verstand. He is a translator and editor, notably for 7 Nós. He has been involved in citizen journalism initiatives in Portugal, the Brazilian Amazon, and Mozambique. A regular contributor to the newspaper Mapa, he also writes for the magazine Flauta de Luz.
